President Bola Tinubu has declared April 7 as National Police Day through the Vice President, Kashim Shetima.
Vice President Shetima while delivering the President’s speech titled “Courage Under Fire: A Bouquet for Our Police Force,” announced the declaration during the maiden award and commendations event organized by the Nigeria Police Force (NPF) in Abuja on Monday night.
In the speech, VP Shettima emphasized the endurance of Nigerians amidst security challenges, attributing it to the commitment of the police force.
