Orozco, who plays as a defensive midfielder, is captain of Colombia’s Under-17 national team. He led his country to the final of the Under-17 South American Championships last year, earning praise for his leadership and intensity.
The teenager has already played in Colombia’s domestic league with Fortaleza CEIF and is seen as one of the country’s brightest young prospects.
Orozco’s arrival continues Manchester United’s focus on developing young talent. The club has recently signed other promising players, including Sekou Kone and Chido Obi-Martin.
