The CEO of EeZee Conceptz, Ezekiel Onyedikachi, popularly known as EeZeeTee, has dismissed allegations made against him by gospel singer Mercy Chinwo, calling them an attempt to destroy his reputation and record label with lies and emotional blackmail. He said no true child of God would seek to bring down another person with falsehood.
In a video that surfaced on multiple media platforms on Tuesday, Chinwo accused EeZeeTee of threatening to ruin her career and subjecting her to unfair treatment while she was signed to his label. However, in his response, EeZeeTee denied the claims and expressed his disappointment in Chinwo’s actions.
“No Child of God Destroys Another With Lies”
EeZeeTee strongly criticized Chinwo’s accusations, stating that they were baseless and intended to damage his reputation.
“It’s heartbreaking that you can go to this extent to tarnish someone’s image,” he said. “You had promised that you would destroy my reputation and the organization. Well done. When you’re done achieving it, I hope you get a crown in heaven.”
He also questioned why he would sabotage his own investment, referring to Chinwo’s claim that he restricted her from attending events.
“How would we sabotage our investment? We need to be a little more intelligent with the narratives we’re presenting,” he added.
EeZeeTee accused Chinwo of being manipulative, claiming that she plays the victim while deceiving the public.
“Keep acting, keep crying. People pray with these songs a lot, so they can’t believe that someone who sings worship to God can lie. But the truth is constant. No matter how far lies run, it takes just one truth to catch up with them.”
The Real Issue: Unresolved Financial Disputes
According to EeZeeTee, the root of the conflict between him and Chinwo is an unresolved financial reconciliation, which he had attempted to settle for over two years through respected religious leaders.
“I met with Apostle Eugene Ogwu, Bishop Humphrey Erumaka, Bishop Mike Okonkwo, and other respected men of God to resolve this matter,” he revealed. “But every time I pushed for peace, it was interpreted as weakness.”
He claimed that the situation escalated when one of the pastors involved allegedly told him, “Stop bothering about the body of Christ. We will deal with you, and the body of Christ will be okay.”
“That’s when I realized this was an orchestrated conspiracy and witch-hunt,” he added.
Frozen Accounts and Court Battle
EeZeeTee also refuted Chinwo’s claim that he was the first to take legal action, revealing that his bank accounts were frozen in March without warning.
“All my accounts were frozen. I couldn’t trace where it was coming from until I got confidential information that a few individuals were behind it,” he said. “They didn’t want the public to know. It was planned to look like law enforcement was investigating independently.”
He claimed he was detained in Ilorin for nine days over a financial dispute related to their music catalogue.
“Why Ilorin? That’s a completely different state, out of the place of competent jurisdiction. And I was detained for nine days because I refused to sign a statement they wanted me to write,” he said.
Despite his ordeal, he chose not to go public immediately, stating, “When I came out, I didn’t want to make a scene or discredit someone who sings about Jesus.”

Call for an Independent Audit
Addressing allegations that he refused a financial audit, EeZeeTee maintained that he had never opposed it but insisted that it should be conducted by a neutral, professional entity familiar with the music industry.
“I want this audit to happen because it’s the only way I’ll be vindicated,” he stated. “But we also need to check her books. You can’t go to equity with unclean hands.”
He challenged Chinwo to publicly agree to an independent audit of both their financial records, insisting that whoever owed money should settle the balance.
“You Cannot Bully a Bully”
Responding to Chinwo’s claim that he bullied her, EeZeeTee dismissed the accusation, saying, “Anyone who knows this person we’re talking about will know that you cannot bully a bully. This is just an attempt to assassinate my character.”
He reiterated that the real issue was financial accountability and transparency, not bullying.
“If you say I committed financial fraud, can you tell the public that you’re willing to subject your accounts to an independent audit?” he challenged.
Paternity Rumors and Final Words
EeZeeTee also denied allegations that he was behind rumors about Chinwo’s child’s paternity.
“It beats my imagination that such a sensitive matter would be used to put false allegations on my head. I hope she has enough evidence to prove it because it is totally disappointing,” he said.
In his closing remarks, he emphasized that he would not be intimidated or silenced.
“I don’t have a problem with people opening their own record labels. We have thousands of talents in the Christian music space. But you don’t have to destroy someone else to succeed,” he said.
