Popular talk show host Morayo Afolabi-Brown is leaving TVC Communications after 12 years of hosting the all-women talk show Your View.
TVC confirmed her resignation in a statement released by the company’s Public Relations Manager, Edward Akintara, on Tuesday. Morayo’s last day at the company will be Thursday, August 29, 2025.
“After 12 impactful years at the helm of Your View, Morayo has chosen to step down in order to fully dedicate herself to a passion project she has nurtured over the years,” the statement said.
TVC praised Morayo for her dedication and the role she played in building Your View into a household name. The show, known for its bold conversations on social, political, and cultural issues, has touched lives across Nigeria and beyond.
“While we are saddened to see her leave, we celebrate her outstanding contributions to the show, the network, and the countless lives she has touched,” Akintara added.
He also assured fans that Your View will continue despite her exit: “Morayo’s presence on Your View will be deeply missed, but the programme remains strong and committed to delivering the same quality and relevance our viewers have come to expect.”

TVC also thanked Morayo for her years of service and wished her well in her next journey.
“Her legacy will always be a valued part of our story, and she remains a beloved member of the TVC family,” the company said.
The public and media were asked to continue to show Morayo “the same respect and support she has earned over the years.”
Morayo Afolabi-Brown joined TVC in 2013 and quickly became one of the most recognized female voices on Nigerian television.
