The agency had earlier invited Speed Darlington for questioning after he claimed during a live Instagram video that he had sex with a 15-year-old girl. He was supposed to appear at the NAPTIP headquarters in Abuja on May 30, 2025, but he failed to show up.
A letter signed by Ngamaraju Mangzha, head of the agency’s Cybercrime Response Team, requested the singer to report at 9:00 a.m. at their Wuse Zone 5 office. However, he ignored the invitation.
As of now, NAPTIP is asking the public to help locate him and provide any useful information about his whereabouts.
